SERVING OUR REGION
OUR MISSION
The LACE Foundation exists to break the cycle of reoffending by meeting people at their point of release — with housing support, employment pathways, mental health care, and a community that refuses to give up on anyone.

Our programmes are built on relationship, not transaction. We walk alongside every individual, for as long as it takes.

We are dedicated to providing the support and resources necessary for former inmates to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community with dignity and hope.
"Every person deserves the chance to rebuild, to lead, and to belong."

WHAT WE DO
FOUR PILLARS OF TRANSFORMATION
We provide the essential tools and support needed for a successful re-entry and family rebuilding journey.
